The bleeder combines a 400 ml reservoir, hand-operated lever, locking shaft clamp and standard connection hardware in one service tool.

Manual vacuum and compression with direct feedback
Direct operation throughout the fill process, without automated presets or unattended cycles. Manual compression gives great feedback on how much is shock filled with oil. When shock is almost completly filled you will feel more resistance on handle.

Lock the handle in position during vacuum cycles to maintain consistent vacuum without continuous force from the operator.

How it works
Four steps from connection to a completed bleed.
Prepare the damper according to the manufacturer’s service procedure, then use the sequence below to introduce oil and remove the remaining air.

Prepare and connect
Secure the bleeder upright. Prepare the damper, fit the correct filling adapter, fill the reservoir with shock oil and connect the hose.

Apply compression
Press the button and move the lever to pump oil into the damper. Lock the lever in the lower position until air stops rising, then press the button to vent.
03
Pull and hold vacuum
Reverse the lever sequence to draw vacuum. Lock the lever in the upper position until air stops rising, then vent and release the clamp.
04
Rest and repeat
Allow the oil to settle between cycles. Repeat the compression and vacuum stages until no more air is visible, following the relevant service procedure.
